Office Manager duties include, but are not limited to:
-ability to train and oversee employees
-strong written and verbal communication
-good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
-ordering/monitoring office supplies
-maintaining office cleanliness
-answering telephone calls/emails and directing them to appropriate staff
-offering superior customer service to each client
-perform daily accounting for the office
-daily communication with Area Manager by phone and /or email
-work scheduled shifts and cover shift if necessary
Knowledge Requirements
Basic knowledge of computer equipment and software a must
Ability to multi-task and have good organizational skills
