Job Description:

Responsibilities

Expertise and Strong hands-on experience in technologies related to application integration. Implementation of projects with integration platforms like Oracle SOA, Microsoft Azure and other cloud-based solutions Define processes and plans for incremental migrations of services and scripts from as-is environment to cloud solution.

Partner with technical team members (developers, administrators, quality analysts) to analyze and document the existing architecture, functionality, and dependencies of different applications in an integration.

Evaluate options and formulate solutions, assess overall feasibility, determine current and future cost models, develop timelines, and align with functional requirements.

Translation of requirements into high level technical architecture.

Strong design and troubleshooting skills with an understanding and/or development experience in multiple web service protocols, programming languages, security, development methodologies and governance. Create, enhance, modify and develop with enterprise and custom connectors.

Work with Enterprise platforms for CRM, HR, Procurement, Finance to implement new and/or modify existing integrations.

Experience with development and concepts of Microservices is a plus.

Manage and complete multiple, competing, high priority projects with varying deadlines.

Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.

Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time, and form of desired results. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirements specifications.

Provides consultation on complex projects and is the top-level contributor/specialist of most phases of systems analysis, while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.




CONTRACT JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinates IT project management, engineering, maintenance, QA, and risk management.

2. Plans, coordinates, and monitors project activities.

3. Develops technical applications to support users.

4. Develops, implements, maintains and enforces documented standards and procedures for the design, development, installation, modification, and documentation of assigned systems.

5. Provides training for system products and procedures

6. Performs application upgrades.

7. Performs, monitoring, maintenance, or reporting on real- time databases, real-time network and serial data communications, and real-time graphics and logic applications.

8. Troubleshoots problems.

9. Ensures project life-cycle is in compliance with District standards and procedures.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
Compensation: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
