ROLE DESCRIPTION:
In this role, you will be first on the phones and will be helping our customers with all of their service-related questions. This will include billing questions, claims questions, and some coverage questions. We provide extensive training and are committed to seeing you succeed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
