Position: Sales Trainee Intern
Calling all business majors! This is a great opportunity to learn the basics of entrepreneurship, business administration, recruiting, sales, and marketing with the number 1 insurance company. Interns will learn to be key support members within our agencies to help the company hit its growth goals.

What will you take away from the opportunity?
- Property and casualty license
- Understanding of Michigan Insurance Laws
- Creation of a State Farm business plan
- Sales strategies and prospecting techniques
- Customer service training
- Business administration skills
- Effective communication strategies
State Insurance License Requirement
- The Michigan Property and Casualty Exam will be completed by the end of the internship
Compensation
- $1,000 per month base salary
- Commission
- Bonus
Expectations
- 1,000 outbound calls per week
- 20 new households per month
- Agent given assignments
Compensation: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per month

- Our office is open 9am-5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2011.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of Detroit Mercy.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
- We have 15 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
