About the Role:
Join the culinary team at Full Throttle Distillery and Smokehouse as a Line Cook, where you'll create mouthwatering dishes in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. Be part of a team that values creativity and passion for food while serving our guests the best BBQ and craft spirits in Branson, MO!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station to ensure food safety and hygiene.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of kitchen supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling food and kitchen equipment.
- Participate in daily prep work and assist in menu development as needed.
- Support the kitchen team during peak service times to ensure timely delivery of meals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Passion for food and a willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods of time.
