About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Warfare Systems T&E Specialist to join our team at Core Services Group in Norfolk, VA. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that is dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of travel and entertainment expenses for the company
Analyze and audit expense reports for compliance with company policies
Develop and implement T&E policies and procedures
Provide guidance and training to employees on T&E processes
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams on T&E budgeting and forecasting

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in T&E management
Strong knowledge of T&E systems and software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field

Security Clearance:

Minimum of Secret
