About the Role
 
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Bilingual Customer Service Representative who is ready to make an impact. In this role, you will be the friendly and professional voice that guides our customers through their insurance needs. You’ll handle basic insurance and policy inquiries, answer and solve billing problems, and contribute to our growth by identifying opportunities to improve the lives of our customers in areas where our products can offer added value.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and in person to our clients, ensuring a positive experience.
 
Communication: Use your strong verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish to clearly and effectively communicate with our diverse client base.
 
Cross-Selling Opportunities: Proactively identify potential cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs and partner with the sales team to develop tailored solutions. You will act as the initial point of contact, creating a seamless handoff to the sales team to ensure clients receive the best coverage possible.
 
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to support the agency’s growth and uphold our reputation for excellent service. Together, you'll identify and address client needs, combining your insights with the sales team’s expertise for a tag-team approach.
 
License Requirement: As the selected candidate you must prepare to test and obtain a Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance license within your first 60 days.
