WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN COACHES:

Full availability 5-6 days per week (depending on the season)

THE JOB:

Soccer Shots is the #1 Children's Fitness franchise in the country. We have reached that accolade not just from our incredible curriculum, leadership, or passion. We have reached this distinct honor because we only hire the best coaches to work with our children. You should not only enjoy working with children, but also have previous childcare experience and are incredibly passionate about spreading the love of soccer. We want our Soccer Shots sessions to be the BEST 30-45 minutes of each child's week-as we strive to develop basic soccer skills, teamwork and healthy lifestyles through character development and refining their motor skill in each of our children. We operate in daycares, preschools, community centers, and parks all over the DC/Maryland/Virginia Area. We provide training, soccer equipment, and all curriculum materials.

REQUIREMENTS:

Prior soccer experience is not required.
Passion for positively impacting children’s lives through the love of sports and fitness.
Prior experience working with children is preferred, formal or informal
Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle that is insured
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to pass a background check

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2 to 8. Our goal is to leave a positive and lasting impact on kids through introduction to sports and activity.

Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.

Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
Curriculum – Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We’re a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It’s why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
