Summary: Servpro of Wilson County is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Accounts Receivable Clerk with QuickBooks experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, superb organizational skills, and a knack for customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
  • Facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the organization by sending bill reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts.
  • Monitor the creditworthiness of existing customers and manage collections.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist with other accounting projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
