We are looking for a reliable and compassionate caregiver from the country of CUBA, as the client is from this country, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience and confidence in working with in-bed clients. This is a resident caregiver position, providing Personal Care Assistant (PCA) services in a comfortable and supportive environment.
Timetable. (You can choose between)
-Fridays and Sundays (9 am - 9 pm)
-Sundays and Mondays (9am - 9pm)
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care and assistance to a bedridden client, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and personal hygiene.
- Monitor the client's health and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Ensure that the client's living space is clean and organized.
- Prepare meals and help with feeding if needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Accompany the client to their medical appointments
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a caregiver
- Confidence to manage physical and emotional needs
- Ability to work as a resident caregiver with flexible schedules.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with health professionals and family members.
- Compassion, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Compensation: $16.50 per hour
