A Water Damage Restoration Technician performs various tasks, from assisting with production processes to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.

Certified Restoration Mission's is to be San Diego's premier restoration company, specializing in water, fire, mold, and sewage damage. With over 30 years of experience and a commitment to excellence, we provide personalized solutions and state-of-the-art technology. Our team is dedicated to restoring our client’s property to its pre-loss condition, minimizing disruption, and ensuring a seamless process.
Responsibilities
- Perform water, mold, and fire damage restoration, including dry-outs, packing, cleaning, debris removal, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
- Perform end-of-the-day job cleanup and breakdown.
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
- Adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform procedures based on crew chief instructions.
- Have empathy for others and show a sense of urgency in resolving customers’ problems.
- Work hard and take pride in doing the job right every time.
- Move equipment and other items from the warehouse to the job site and back.
- Communicate with management to report project status, updates, issues, or concerns.
Qualifications
- Education/Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Construction experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Valid and clean driver's license
- Ability to pass an FBI background check
- Restoration experience preferred but not necessary
- Willingness to work overtime as needed

Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
