IT Product Manager - Anaplan

Full Time • Fully Remote - US
Our client, an Asset Management firm is looking to source a skilled Product Manager who will be responsible for assisting the Product Management Team with enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing the product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, application governance, and ensuring the successful implementation of enterprise solutions. This person will work with key business and IT stakeholders to ensure applications meet Client's standards in information security, change management, access management, and vendor management.

Key roles and responsibili ties include:
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business requirements
  • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement
  • Maintaining issue tracking and resolution efforts for successful user experience and functionality
  • Maintaining enterprise application governance documents, monitor for compliance with
  • established policies, and identify areas where policies may need to be expanded
  • Working with different stakeholders to ensure that service levels are agreed upon and
  • maintained

Ensuring that data integrations are appropriate:
  • Evaluating proposed integrations, ensuring appropriate review and approval prior to integration
  • Ensuring processes are established for monitoring integrations
  • Working closely with security to ensure that Client's implementation and use of this
application adheres to the firm's security policies
  • Functioning as Client's primary point of contact with the relevant vendors, assessing the
vendor's roadmap as it applies to Client, facilitating timelines for upgrades and feature
changes, and in certain cases facilitating contract execution / renewal
  • As upgrades and feature changes are available, working with security and other stakeholders to
determine whether features should be made available, and facilitating the upgrade execution
and communication
  • Ensuring that as system changes are introduced, appropriate training is available for end-users,
including ensuring relevant internal and end user documentation is updated
  • Working with business units to identify and document future enhancements / integration needs,
and ensuring these requests are appropriately reviewed/approved prior to implementation
  • Manage the backlog, create user stories, and prioritize feature delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT and other corporate business areas
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the product meets user needs
  • Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Experience working in agile development environments

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
