ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Katie Chase - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Connect customers to the claims team and follow up on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Assist Account Representatives as needed
- Attend community events to market the agency
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

- Our office is open Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
