DevOps Experience:
Minimum of 7+ years working in DevOps, with a focus on automation, continuous integration, and delivery in complex environments. -
Salesforce Deployment Expertise:
At least 5+ years of experience in Salesforce deployments and DevOps / release management, including managing and optimizing the Salesforce release cycle. -
Collaboration with Development Teams:
Work closely with developers and subject matter experts (SMEs) during the design, development, data migration, environment management, and deployment phases on Salesforce projects. -
Version Control and Branching Strategies:
Strong expertise with branching strategies, version control, and pipeline automation/orchestration using tools like Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub, etc. -
Salesforce DevOps Pipeline Implementation:
Hands-on experience in implementing complex DevOps pipelines for Salesforce, optimizing the release management process to improve efficiency and accuracy. -
Post-Deployment Support:
Support post-deployment activities, including data loading, code comparison, and data backup, ensuring a smooth transition and operational continuity. -
Adaptability and Creativity:
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, offering creative solutions and flexibility within a team-focused atmosphere. -
Communication Skills:
Strong communication and client-facing skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members. -
Salesforce Certification (Preferred):
Certification in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Administrator) is preferred and demonstrates a commitment to Salesforce best practices.
