ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative with The Jared DeSensi State Farm, you will be tasks with setting appointments with our customers to meet with our Agent or one of our insurance specialists. You will also be helping the company grow its presence in the community & through social media.

- Setting appointments for the office
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Assist with Marketing & social media advertisement
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills through phone, virtual or in person interactions
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Tech savvy and ability to learn quickly
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
