Job Summary
The Program Director / Sales Lead plays a key role in our school. This individual must be excited about the value martial arts brings to a person’s life—especially for kids and families—and motivated to help others begin their journey.
The primary mission of the Program Director is to market and sell martial arts memberships. You’ll use Premier Martial Arts' proven marketing and sales systems to introduce new students to our programs, helping them build confidence, discipline, and focus through martial arts training.

Responsibilities
- Generate leads using provided marketing systems and monthly campaigns
- Handle membership sales and convert prospects into students
- Manage front-end administrative tasks, follow up on leads, and track daily KPIs
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue goals
- Coordinate special events (Birthday Parties, Parent’s Night Out, etc.)
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and supportive presence as the first point of contact for families
Qualifications
- Experience in membership sales or customer service
- “People person” with strong communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working with performance metrics (number-driven)
- Available to work evenings and weekends
