We’re looking for a skilled Installation Technician to join our team and play an essential role in creating safe, pest-free spaces for our clients. This is a hands-on field position, ideal for someone with experience in insulation, crawlspace work, or related construction backgrounds.
Position Overview
As an Installation Technician, you’ll be directly involved in important installation jobs, including crawlspace work, attic work, rodent exclusion, and various pest control projects. You’ll work alongside other skilled technicians to complete installations efficiently and to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding Alta Pest Control’s reputation for quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete installation projects in crawlspaces, attics, and other work areas.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies on every job.
- Troubleshoot and solve any issues encountered during installations.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, equipment, and inventory used.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to deliver a smooth client experience.
- Assist with training new team members as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in insulation, crawlspace work, or a related field.
- Construction background preferred.
- Willingness to work in a hands-on, field-based role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Clean criminal record (background check required).
