While we are looking for someone that is passionate and has experience in assisting families going through the divorce process, we are willing to hire and train individuals with a solid background in civil litigation as long as you are willing to learn and work hard.

About You:
- Passion for helping people going through divorce or other complex legal issues. We prefer individuals that understand how emotional navigating the legal process can be for clients. Maybe you have gone through a tough legal issue. Maybe your parents were divorced. We want people who can empathize with what our clients are going through.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with and be supervised by forward thinking and experienced attorneys that care about your growth and development
- Drafting letters and documents
- Managing spreadsheets, and maintaining an organized calendar
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Google products (Sheets)
- Meet with Clients
- Scheduling telephone conferences and meetings
- Scheduling hearings, mediations, and other court events
- Performing other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- A client-first attitude, ensuring every interaction is thoughtful and professional.
- Family Law experience is a plus. We are seeking someone eager to learn and grow in the role.
- Familiarity with client management software such as Clio is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to track deadlines and tasks.

Compensation: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour

A Customized Approach to Business, Divorce, Accidents & Estates
We try to find solutions for our clients, no matter the type of case- even if that means sending our client to another attorney for help. Although we try to help clients with any legal issue, the common cases that we handle are:
- Divorce cases (usually from middle class divorce to high net worth divorce),
- Business law,
- Estate planning,
- Car accident and personal injury,
- Foreclosure defense / debt defense.
We find that most people will deal with these issues, directly or indirectly, during their life. We have also found that these issues often overlap, for example, in a divorce where one spouse owns a business.
Our plan is simple. We provide the best legal representation possible and we treat every client like their case is our only case. Our plan works – because we take care of our clients, our clients trust us to handle all of their legal issues, and refer their friends and family to our firm.
