The Goddard School of Las Vegas (Enterprise) is seeking an Office Administrator in our vibrant early education facility in the heart of Southwest Las Vegas! As the Administrator, you will spearhead the growth and development of our school supporting a team of exceptional educators and ensuring that every child's needs are met while maintaining compliance with licensing requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Building Bridges: Forge strong and positive relationships with families, teachers, community partners, and state licensing authorities. By working closely with these stakeholders, you will ensure that our facility provides an exceptional experience for every child and family.
2. Innovation and Growth: Utilize best practices to enhance our center's enrollment and revenue, while introducing exciting new programs such as summer camps and after-school activities. Your creative ideas will shape the future of our facility and make it a hub of educational excellence.
3. Inspiring Communication: Take the lead in our center's communication strategy, developing engaging monthly themes, newsletters, and social media posts. Through effective communication, you will foster a sense of community and keep parents informed and involved.
4. Streamlined Operations: Ensure that our facility operates smoothly and adheres to all policies and procedures. Your attention to detail will create a seamless experience for both staff and families. Order weekly food supplies and school supplies as needed for teachers to complete their lesson plans.
5. Cultivating a Flourishing Environment: Maintain up-to-date policies and procedures, including our facility handbook, emergency preparedness plan, and employee handbook. Your commitment to excellence will ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all.
6. Enrollment Excellence: Maintain records of all families, teachers, and facility operations as needed for childcare licensing and day-to-day operations.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Demonstrated success in office administration at a preschool with the desire to grow into an Assistant Director or Director role in the future.
- An Associate's degree is required, Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
- An owner mindset, with demonstrated experience boosting enrollment and implementing new revenue-generating programs.
