Hiring a skilled and experienced LEAD CARPENTER to lead our fast growing field team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering home repair and remodel projects from start to finish. Both hands-on work and leading the team to ensure high-quality workmanship, excellent customer satisfaction, on time and on-budget delivery, and adherence to safety standards.

This role requires a strong understanding of various construction technique and materials, as well as the ability to lead and mentor a team in the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Completing various home repairs and remodel jobs.
Lead on-site team to meet key production goals.
Organizing and managing materials and equipment for the jobs
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
Maintaining clean and organized company vehicle
Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on techniques and safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with management, office team, vendors and customers to ensure project goals are met successfully.
Representing House Doctors in the local community and promoting team and company growth.

Experience

Proven experience as a multi-skilled carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Well-skilled in drywall, painting, carpentry, flooring, electrical, plumbing.
Experience in siding, deck, fence, make ready, build-out, and commercial maintenance is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving project objectives.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS:

10+ years of multi-trades experience in home repair and remodel industry.
Hands-on skills with great knowledge and understanding of the building trades.
Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
A strong work ethic and highly dependable
Professional attitude and attention to details
Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
Valid Driver's license is required
