We fly our fish and seafood direct to our restaurants daily. With three locations currently open and more on the horizon, the opportunities are endless.
Day in the Life:
- Become proficient enough to take the lead role in the front of the house
- Train, coach, develop and mentor the host stand
- Effectively communicate with all levels of team members and Management
- Help manage the flow of guests and communicate accurate wait times
- Promote a strong positive culture
- Become system matter expert for reservation system, open table
- Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Requirements:

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
