The Mosquito and Pest Authority of the Jersey Shore is seeking a motivated and dynamic Office & Sales Representative to join our growing team at Mosquito & Pest Authority, a leading mosquito and pest control service provider. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing solutions that improve customers' quality of life. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for tracking data, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales of our mosquito and pest control services.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
- Answer customer calls and provide general information regarding product pricing, availability, and order details.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services, such as recurring treatments, seasonal pest management, or specialized services.

Sales Administration & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Track sales performance against targets and report progress to the Sales Manager/Owner.
- Prepare and submit quotes, contracts, and service agreements to customers.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads to ensure consistent sales opportunities.

Team Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with services technicians, managers, and customers to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Customer Education:
- Educate customers on pest prevention and the benefits of ongoing pest control programs.
- Provide information on the risks associated with pests and how our services help mitigate those risks.

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-based industry (pest control, home services, HVAC, etc.). Experience in direct sales or inside sales is a plus.

Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and accounts.
- Comfortable working with CRM software (experience with [specific CRM] is a plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

- Base Salary plus commission structure based on sales performance.
