Job Description: As a Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with outstanding support and assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, service issues, and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software.

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in 7803 Pacific Ave Tacoma, WA 98408.
- Our office is open Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Sat 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2012.
- We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
- Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Senior Vice President's Club
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish, Korean, and Tagalog
