We are seeking a skilled Boomi Developer and Integration Specialist to design, implement, and maintain integrations for the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES). This role is critical for ensuring seamless data flow and robust communication between various systems, modules, and partners involved in the Medicaid Integration Services Project.

As part of a dynamic team, the MES Boomi Developer will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop innovative, scalable solutions that enhance business processes, improve system efficiency, and ensure data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and analyze integration requirements, including source-to-target mappings and data flow architectures.
Design and implement scalable Boomi integrations and APIs, adhering to best practices.
Create detailed technical specifications, ensuring compliance with authentication and authorization protocols.
Work closely with project managers, clients, and developers to design cohesive project strategies.
Engage in hands-on development, testing, and deployment of integrations, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Participate as a key member of the development team, contributing programming and design expertise.
Develop, configure, and test APIs and integrations using the Dell Boomi platform.
Build complex mapping structures involving multiple transformations.
Configure listener jobs and establish secure connections to various applications.
Recommend best practices and integration solutions to resolve business challenges effectively.
Utilize experience with application servers (e.g., WebSphere, Tomcat) and JEE design patterns.
Apply knowledge of relational databases, specifically Oracle, to develop robust integration solutions.
Leverage AWS Cloud experience (preferred) for cloud-based integrations.
Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and management to deliver mission-critical applications.
Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including technical specifications, data mapping, program logic, and flowcharts.

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
3+ years of experience in Security Layer, Presentation Layer, Services Layer, Data Persistence Layer, and Execution Layer.
3+ years of experience with Dell Boomi API Management, API Gateway, and Developer Portal.
1+ year of experience in API design, development, and integration.
3+ years of experience working with OAuth2 and JWT.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and business audiences.
Proven experience in the transition and transformation of large, complex software solutions.
3+ years of experience participating in or leading projects using an Agile methodology.
Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud architecture, including EC2 instances, ECS, and build and deployment.
3+ years of experience with data tables (update, delete, add functions), file upload/download with encryption, Bootstrapping, reusable components, and graphs.
3+ years of experience with dashboards, reusable templates, CSS, SCSS, authentication using LDAP, authorization with security roles, lazy loading, and Angular APIs.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
