As our organization continues to grow, we're looking for a Part-Time Receptionist who’s also a social media enthusiast! This role combines essential office support with an opportunity to flex your creativity online. You’ll be the friendly face on the phone, the organizational mastermind behind our files, and the voice of our brand on social media. Duties of the Role 
Phone Superhero: 
  •    Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and a friendly tone.   
  •    Provide assistance to customers, vendors, and team members, ensuring everyone feels valued.   
  •    Take charge of phone coverage during late afternoon hours.
Order Entry Pro:   
  •    Accurately input purchase orders into our system.   
  •    Double-check details to ensure everything is correct and processed quickly. 
Document & File Organizer
  •    Keep our physical files neat, sorted, and easy to access.   
  •    Manage documents, ensuring they’re properly labeled and in the right place. 
  •    Help create and maintain subcontractor files, making sure all necessary documents (contracts, insurance certificates, etc.) are up to date.   
  •    Perform regular checks to ensure everything is current. 
Office Clean-Up Champion:   
  •    Keep the office looking its best at the end of each workday.   
  •    Take care of light cleaning tasks, including wiping down surfaces and keeping common areas tidy. 
Social Media Guru: 
  •    Assist with managing our social media presence, posting content, and engaging with followers.   
  •    Help create a consistent and friendly brand voice across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.   
  •    Monitor social media trends and assist with content ideas that showcase our company culture and services.   
What We’re Looking For
Friendly & Professional: A warm, welcoming phone manner and a customer-first attitude.   
Detail-Oriented: You love organizing, whether it’s files, documents, or social media content.   
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with basic office software and social media platforms.   
Creative: Some experience with social media content creation or a passion for learning how to engage online audiences.
