We are seeking a part-time IHS and Making caregiver to assist with two key areas The ideal candidate will be proactive, a quick learner, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

IHS (Individualized Home Support (6 hours per week):
- Assist with IHS-related duties, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.
- Provide exceptional care and attention to clients' needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation as required by IHS guidelines.
- Home Making (6 hours per week):
- Assist in daily task to alignment with company standards.
- Follow detailed instructions and maintain quality control throughout the making process.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure deadlines and targets are met.
Training:
- Comprehensive training will be provided for both IHS and Making duties, so prior experience is not required, though a willingness to learn is essential.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
Schedule:
- This position is for 12 hours per week, split between 6 hours of IHS work and 6 hours of making work. Scheduling is flexible but will require consistency.
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
