FASTSIGNS of Hilliard is looking for a skilled Installation Specialist to lead the on-site execution of signage and graphics installations, ensuring every project meets our high standards.

Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling, estimating, and performing the installation of various signage types, including flat panel substrates, post & panel systems, and pressure-sensitive vinyl applications. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and strong communication skills to maintain positive customer interactions. Key Responsibilities

Sign Installation: Accurately install a variety of signage, including flat panels, post & panel signs, and full-color graphics for both interior and exterior applications.
Scheduling and Deadlines: Maintain a written schedule of installation commitments and consistently meet project deadlines.
Estimating and Planning: Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate time estimates and set realistic deadlines for installations.
Customer Communication: Build positive customer relationships by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and communicating installation details effectively.
Site Surveys: Conduct pre-installation site visits to gather measurements and ensure accurate quoting and production.
Safety Practices: Follow industry safety standards and operate tools and equipment safely.
Inventory Management: Report stock levels and assist with unloading and storing materials.
Sign Production Support: Assist with general sign production tasks as needed.
Problem Solving: Tackle challenges onsite, finding creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Maintain clear and professional communication with the team and actively participate in our “Everybody Sells” culture.

Requirements

Experience: 2+ years in sign installation or a related field; familiarity with industry tools and techniques.
Skills: Proficient with power tools, measuring tools, and construction methods; experience operating ladders, scaffolding, or hydraulic lifts.
Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs, standing/kneeling for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
Problem-Solving: Creative and resourceful in troubleshooting installation challenges.
Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
