We are seeking a Runner to join our team and assist with various day-to-day operational tasks. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, the Runner will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. This is an entry-level position with ample room for growth within the company for motivated individuals who demonstrate reliability and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform errands, including but not limited to picking up supplies, delivering packages, and transporting items between locations.
- Assist with basic administrative and operational tasks as directed by the Executive Assistant, including emailing, phone calls, and coordinating follow-ups.
- Ensure that all errands are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with team members, vendors, and external contacts.
- Provide support for special projects and events as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive in addressing tasks.
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Familiarity with tactical gear or the defense industry is a plus, but not required.
