Job Summary
We're seeking a self-motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance independent problem-solving with the ability to follow clear instructions. You'll play a key role in helping us grow by managing marketing campaigns, engaging with audiences, and utilizing our CRM program to drive results.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Maintain and optimize the company's CRM database to support customer engagement and retention efforts.
Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Stay updated on marketing trends and propose innovative ideas.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and report on outcomes.
Create and manage content for digital platforms (social media, email, website, etc.).

Qualifications

Strong creativity and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
Proven experience in marketing or a related field.
