- Performing established Training Program, involving Cash/Terminal Training for new hire employees.
- Providing formal feedback for students and communicating the same with stores.
- Performing Management Terminal Training, POS training, and training in any other applications as required.
- Providing input into the upgrading of training program contents as necessary
- Providing input into the creation and maintenance of store procedure manuals
- Attending Central Trainers Meetings
- Attending additional training as necessary
- Ability to speak in front of large groups
- Ability to relate to all levels of personnel within the Company (stores and Head Office)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional conduct and attitude
- Self-confidence and enthusiasm
- Patience for students having varying learning methods
- Good leadership and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Thorough knowledge of store operational procedures
- Well versed in using Microsoft applications like Excel and Outlook
- Thorough knowledge of the P.O.S. system procedures
- Minimum 12 months tenure with the Company
- The successful candidate should have a holistic understanding of the store (Eg. Service Specialist or SPC)
- Available to work varied shifts between 830am-1030pm, Monday to Sunday.
