Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Daycare Mini Van Driver to join our team! As the Daycare Mini Van Driver, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the mini van while adhering to a strict schedule and ensuring your passengers’ well-being. The ideal candidate has a NYS Driver’s License and previous experience as a children driver. If you have an impeccable driving record, high safety standards, and enjoy being around children, we want to hear from you!

As the Daycare Mini Van Driver, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the mini van while adhering to a strict schedule and ensuring your passengers’ well-being. Responsibilities
- Pick up and drop off students at designated schools and transport to daycare sites
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections and report any maintenance or repair issues promptly
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the mini van in a safe manner
- Engage with students in a friendly and courteous manner
- Monday - Friday: 2pm-5pm
- Yard inspection for repairs
- Assist Manager in weekly supplies delivery to Sites for care
- snow removal from car when needed
- A lot of down time only three schools for pickup
Qualifications
- NYS driver license for 5 years plus
- Clean driving record with no recent accidents or traffic citations
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
