Buck & Rider Arcadia is hiring for our Raw Bar team! A unique job here in Arizona, our Raw Bar team is ever growing and expanding our menu offerings. They provide dependable, fast service to the team and guests and present oysters and other raw bar items to guests. We are open to both experienced oyster shuckers and those who are motivated to learn.
Day in the Life:
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests
- Shucking oysters at a steady pace with precision and efficiency, ensuring the highest quality presentation for our guests.
- Keeps work areas and food storage areas, clean and safe at all times
- Primarily works in front of guests while preparing foods at the raw bar
- Engage with guests when applicable in a friendly and approachable manner, providing information about our products and answering any questions guests may have
- Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
- Reading and following department of health standards and food industry standards
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Perform all other duties as required, including prep work or additional tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, team environment
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, and frequently lift and bend from the waist
- Must be able to stand for long periods
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
