We are seeking a FLOATER to join our EXPANDING early childhood program in Goddard, KS. Our center is located within the Genesis Health Club facility, offering access to an indoor waterpark, hotel, soccer fields, and baseball fields. Compensation will vary, with higher rates available based on experience and qualifications. This position is a great opportunity to be part of a growing early childhood program!
A floater position will work with infant through preschool-aged kids. A floater supports with breaks for teachers and filling in wherever needed.

This position is year-round with major holidays off. Full-time employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan, PTO, and a premium gym membership. Part-time employee offerings will vary based on the amount of hours expected to work each week.
Previous experience with kids is a must. Past experience in a licensed, early childhood position is a preference.
