Role Description
As the Brokerage Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting advisors and ensuring smooth operations within our commercial real estate brokerage. This role involves managing transactions, assisting with marketing efforts, handling administrative duties, and maintaining compliance records.   • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Support: Facilitate commercial real estate transactions, manage documentation, communicate with clients and partners, and ensure timely commission payments to advisors.
  • Marketing Assistance: Support marketing efforts, including creating property materials, managing online listings, and assisting with advertising campaigns and social media content.
  • Administrative Tasks: Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and organize projects for the Managing Director.
  • Data Tracking: Maintain accurate records in management systems (e.g., Build Out, Google Drive) and track performance data.
  • Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, including client and advisor interactions.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Tennessee Real Estate Commission laws and maintain accurate files and records.
Benefits
  • Competitive starting salary of $45,000.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
