As a Mitigation Lead, you’ll bring your expertise and leadership skills to guide our dedicated team in the field. You’ll play a key role in helping clients through their restoration journey, from initial assessment to project completion. With a focus on quality and empathy, you’ll be instrumental in making a difference when it matters most.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support a team of mitigation technicians on water and fire damage projects
Ensure quality and accuracy in project documentation using our online systems
Provide compassionate, solution-driven service to help customers restore their homes and peace of mind

Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
