About the Role:
We seek a dynamic Risk Advisor to drive agency growth by converting leads into lasting customer relationships. Using your Property & Casualty insurance expertise, you’ll guide clients through their insurance needs in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensing Requirements: Must obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (assistance provided).
- Insurance Sales Experience: Prior experience in Property & Casualty insurance sales preferred.
- Proven Sales Success: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in any sales setting.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to engage and educate clients.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Commitment to excellent service and relationship-building.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer systems and CRMs, familiar with Windows environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Build Relationships: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and recommend insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
- Consultative Sales: Assess risks and provide personalized insurance solutions.
- Achieve Goals: Collaborate on marketing strategies and meet sales targets.
- Teamwork: Contribute to a collaborative and service-oriented environment.
What We Offer:
- Compensation: Base salary of $40,000–$60,000 per year, plus commission and performance bonuses. High earning potential.
