Role: Insurance Account Manager

Where: Upper Highlands Area, Across from Bowman Field Airport

What You'll Do:

  • Be a lead generation superstar and join The Good Neighbors!
  • Showcase your exceptional scheduling skills by setting up phone calls, virtual hangouts, and in-person meetups tailored to individual preferences.
  • Dive deep into understanding customer needs and create personalized risk management plans.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with existing customers, becoming their go-to person for all insurance needs.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service that sets us apart.

What We're Looking For:

  • Life, Health, Property & Casualty License in Kentucky (We'll also get you licensed in multiple other states too!)
  • At least 1-2 years of insurance producer experience
  • Strong hustle and organizational skills – we are a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for teamwork and building connections
  • Exceptional superpower level problem-solving abilities
  • Self-starter mentality – we believe in giving you autonomy
  • Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and text
