We are seeking an OVERNIGHT PASTRY BAKER – ROSE STREET BREAD LAB, St. Paul, MN>
Rose Street Bread Lab serves as an extension of our acclaimed French bakeries in South Minneapolis
and St. Paul. Functioning as a dedicated production facility, the Lab specializes in crafting artisanal
breads and viennoiserie for distribution to both retail and wholesale clients.

FULLTIME POSITION:
This role requires 40 hours per week.
Full-time position with compensation commensurate with experience. Proficiency in working with yeasted products is required.

EQUIPMENT PROFICIENCY:
Candidates must have experience with spiral mixers, deck ovens and rotating rack ovens.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
A minimum 2 years of previous experience is mandatory. Please note that this is not an entry-level

The job requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and involves walking and standing for extended
