Who we're looking for:
- VERSATILITY - Cutting skills that span all textures/lengths of hair
- KNOWLEDGE - Interested in current trends, products, and services
- TDLR - Keep a clean and sanitized station
- UPBEAT - Professional and positive demeanor
Our pay structure:
- Service Commission: 40-45% based on sales
- Product Commission: 10% on your check +10% in your PTO bank
- Birds covers the cost of running all discounts + promotions

Qualifications
- 1+ year of hair cutting experience
- Texas State Cosmetology and/or Barber License
