What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and commercial plumbing issues
- Perform repairs, replacements, and routine maintenance
- Conduct system inspections and provide accurate recommendations
- Deliver excellent customer service and clearly explain solutions
- Manage service calls independently while following company processes
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Plumbing Experience: Service or residential/commercial plumbing background preferred
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build trust and educate customers
- Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Problem-Solving Skills: Able to quickly assess issues and determine the best solution
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using tools, diagnostics, and mobile technology
- Physical Capability: Able to perform hands-on work in a variety of environments
