Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the trucking and logistics market.
- Leverage your existing network and relationships to secure new contracts and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including manufacturers, importers, and retailers with trucking needs.
- Develop customized transportation solutions to meet clients’ needs and exceed expectations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the trucking, logistics, or transportation industry.
- Proven ability to develop and close business deals, with a focus on utilizing existing client relationships.
- Existing relationships with manufacturers, importers, or retailers are highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

This is a remote position.
Compensación: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
