Future Opening: Solar Installer Helper

We are a driven and successful family owned business seeking a motivated, timely and hard working individual to join our team. Ideal candidate will add upbeat can do attitude and efficiency while assisting lead technicians with installation of solar pool heating and electrical systems. Includes plumbing and panel connections, working with project manager throughout with all stages of plumbing/piping installation and pipefitting processes. These processes include preparation, planning, layout of materials, mounting, connection, testing, and repair of all systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist lead ambassador and project manager at job sites including but not limited to:
- Loading and unload materials at job site, ensuring all needed supplies are organized and prepared for installation.
- Be present in assisting and understanding project plans and specifications with supervising coworkers in effort to perform tasks. Initiative to think ahead and anticipate next steps required.
- Help with all activities related to preparation of installation, lining up plumbing, connections, panel mounting, securing, and adjusting components to related equipment with necessary connecting routes of materials.
- Practice compliant jobsite safety regulations during activities onsite.
- Exercise follow through or, as directed, perform additional duties to meet the needs of the organization.
- The ambitious helper will leverage training opportunities to develop in their role to progress to Field Ambassador Apprentice.
- Clean up job site.
- Any other duties assigned.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
