We are a growing company in search of someone who shows leadership qualities and desires to grow with the company.

We are looking to bring on one full-time Lead technician for residential and commercial cleaning of air duct systems. Must be available to work Monday-Friday.

Crystal Clean Vents is a smoke-free, drug-free & vape-free workplace.

Qualifications

2-3 years hands on HVAC tech experience
Honest, hardworking, and punctual
Able to work well with others and able to follow directions
Mechanically inclined
Personable and have excellent customer service
Able to competently speak to customers in order to properly address their needs and accomplish the tasks necessary to complete the job with excellence
Have clean and kept appearance
Have a clean and valid driver’s license
Willing to take and pass a drug test
Willing to take and pass a background test
Flexibility to work occasional weekends during busy times

Additional Information

2-3 years of HVAC technician experience a must

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
