Position Overview
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and managing the efficient delivery of our services. You’ll be the primary point of contact between the client and the company, offering exceptional support and communication while handling inquiries and addressing any challenges that arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with clients.
- Respond to inbound client calls and emails.
- Proactively reach out to clients to encourage further account placements.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee customer service schedules to ensure client needs are met.
- Deliver insightful reports to clients on a regular basis.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities with existing clients.
- Edit and compile our client newsletter with relevant updates.
- Manage website content to boost Search Engine Optimization.
- Gather from clients critical information on existing accounts.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in keyboard skills.
- 3+ years of Account Management experience.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Compensation: $63,500.00 - $88,500.00 per year
