Are you a self-motivated professional with a passion for sales and building relationships? Join our Tennessee-based insurance agency as a Field Representative in Arkansas!
In this role, you’ll combine sales expertise with relationship-building skills to grow our business network throughout the state. While working remotely, you'll travel across Arkansas to establish connections with mortgage lenders, apartment communities, real estate professionals, and other referral partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a robust referral network through face-to-face and virtual meetings with industry professionals.
- Promote our insurance products and services to generate leads and grow business.
- Collaborate with the Tennessee office to align on sales strategies and performance goals.
- Develop lasting relationships to ensure ongoing referral opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or related industries.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel throughout Arkansas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-discipline and organizational skills to manage remote work effectively.

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
