Buck & Rider is a Seafood Eatery and Oyster Bar. Our seafood-centric restaurant focuses on a fun vibe, youthful attitude, and clean recipe lineup of food and drinks. Everything is fresh, from the raw bar to the vegetables, and locally driven. Our pastries are made completely from scratch, and our dessert menu is full of Instagram worthy options!

- Prepare, execute, and present food to Buck & Rider brand standards
- Maintain sanitary conditions in all dining, kitchen, and bar areas
- Mark, date, and rotate all products
- Maintain production and cleaning schedules
- Remains organized and maintain a neat, organized work space
- Strong communication skills
- Accept direction from Management
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Requirements:
· Ability to read recipes and follow their instructions, measurements, etc.
· Professional appearance and strong communication skills
· 2+ years’ experience as a pastry cook in a restaurant environment
· Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation
· Ability to spend long periods on your feet and lift 50lbs
Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Priding ourselves in utmost freshness and ingredients, our compelling seafood and steak dishes are chef-crafted with gusto, directly from farmers and fishermen of the East, West, and Gulf Coasts. Taking advantage of fishing conditions, we fly in our fish and seafood direct daily to your plate – a first in Arizona. Our steaks are of our own Buck & Rider-Reserve Beef, and paired beautifully with our expertly crafted cocktails, raw-bar items, hand-rolled sushi, and farm-fresh vegetables.
