Position: Physical Therapist (Full-Time)
Location: Florida
Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 per year

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team full-time in Florida. As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patients’ physical abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional passionate about helping patients achieve their goals through evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapy interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, to address patient goals.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques and strategies for continuing progress at home.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Stay up to date with advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.
  • Adhere to all safety, quality, and ethical guidelines in the delivery of care.
Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program.
  • Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of a wide range of therapeutic techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in outpatient or inpatient settings is a plus.
