Atkinson Landscaping specializes in strata, commercial and residential property maintenance and construction projects. A career at Atkinson Landscaping offers employees an opportunity to be a part of a growing company that values hard work and rewards effort. Many companies make promises to their employees that they cannot live up to; rest assured that our word is our bond and we make good on our promises.
We are always looking for skilled and driven individuals to fill in a number of positions. This is not because of high turnover rates - we retain our employees because they enjoy working for us. Rather, our company is expanding at an exponential pace and we need more people to keep up with demand.
Our business is only as good as the people we employ and for that reason, we only hire people who will be a good fit for our work culture and vision. What does our culture and vision look like? Our core values are simple:
1. We play as a team; we work together collaboratively and selflessly, celebrating our successes and learning from our mistakes.
2. We work hard and play hard; we view our business as a space for fun inside and outside of work.
3. We challenge ourselves to be better everyday, growing personally and professionally.
4. We WOW every customer; we are customer-focused and strive to be industry leaders. Our belief is these four pillars best represent our values as a company and we encourage our employees to embody our vision of success at work and in their daily lives.
If you are tired of being stuck in a career where your work is undervalued, or are just beginning to enter the job market, Atkinson Landscaping welcomes you to be a part of a company that does things differently. Please submit your resume to us for review. We look forward to working with you.
