- Be an Essential Player: As a Sales Admin, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of communication between Hive and our valued clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to driving sales, supporting the team, and fueling the growth of the business.

- Client Engagement & Communication: Be the go-to point of contact for our existing clients, ensuring they are always informed and engaged with Hive’s latest offerings. You’ll help identify new sales opportunities to expand our services and keep our clients coming back for more.
- Sales Call & Lead Management: Manage the flow of incoming sales calls and update the CRM with accurate lead tracking, ensuring every potential opportunity is captured and followed up on. You’ll pass qualified leads on to the CSR team for appointment scheduling and next steps.
- Support Sales Team: Handle critical administrative tasks like organizing sales folders, managing forms, and developing performance reports that help the team track their success. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the team stays organized, efficient, and focused on growth.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in a related field (1+ year) preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and general office tools is essential. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Bonus points if you’re experienced with Visio design software!
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Superb multitasking abilities—be able to manage several tasks at once without missing a beat.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving client inquiries with a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Physical Requirements:
- You should be comfortable working at a desk for extended periods, collaborating with your team, and managing a variety of administrative tasks.
