ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Linda DeSpain - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. In this remote position, you will primarily provide potential new customers with Auto, Home, Life and other State Farm Quotes and coverage reviews. We provide all of your equipment to equip your remote home office. I.e. Laptop, 2-24" Monitors, phone, etc. We also provide product knowledge support, one-on-one practical Coaching as well as a pathway to gaining your own State Farm Agency in as little as 2-Years.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position pays a small base pay and you are paid on Sales of State Farm Products, primarily Auto, Home, Life and Health Products. Leads are provided. Expected annual income for this position in first year is $56,000.
Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
Process Insurance Sales and Bind Coverage on Auto and Home Policies.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous work experience in related field required
Must be able to speak to Prospects and Customers on the phone.
Must be a self-starter and ambitious - there are no glass ceilings in our organization.
If not licensed must acquire Texas General Lines Insurance License - we will provide the Test Prep Material and Guidance.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
